Digital Sisters Goals

• To produce programs, promote activities and expand resources for girls and women through technology.
  
  
• To provide technology education and literacy through workshops, conferences and panel discussions.
  
  
• To promote education, interest and participation with technology and related activities that will enhance skills and knowledge.
  
  
• To create a forum that addresses the issues of overt and covert discrimination of girls and women in technology related environments.
  
  
• To promote an environment that allows creation of technology based on the issues, perspectives and ideas of the community, particularly those of color.
  
  
• To facilitate the importance of equal opportunities and the diverse needs of learners.
  
  
• To provide technology education and academic enrichment to traditionally disadvantaged and under served communities, particularly minorities and women.
